CUCM Pal enables end users of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform to perform settings changes on their assigned devices. Manage call forwarding, speed dials, message notification settings and more. CUCM Pal requires Communications Manager 10.x or newer and an end user account that has been assigned the "CCM End User" privilege. iPhone must be on a WiFi or LTE connection with connectivity to the IP address or server name of the CUCM publisher server.
